This rare grade of green tea is hand picked from a unique very ancient stand of tea bushes. This tea benefits from very short cool steepings to bring out its unique flavor and consequently can be infused 3-4 times. Use 1.5 tsp per 8 oz. water due to the large leaf size. Cost is per 1 ounce.
